  • GENERAL LITIGATION: We provide senior‑level litigation support across multiple practice areas, including Employment, Tort & Product Liability, Commercial Litigation, and Healthcare/Pharmaceutical matters. Additional attorney‑directed litigation support may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis after intake review.

  • Every matter begins with a brief intake review. If accepted, the attorney receives:

    • Full intake form

    • Welcome packet

    • Service contract

    • Retainer instructions

    Work begins once all intake requirements are completed and the retainer is funded.

  • Yes. All attorney/law firm matters require a retainer funded in advance. When the balance falls below $200, the attorney must replenish to the original retainer amount before work continues.

  • Invoices are available upon request, but all services operate on a retainer‑funded basis. Invoices may be used for replenishment, rush fees, or firm accounting requirements.

    • Standard Retainer: $350

    • Complex Matter Retainer: $1,000

    • Replenishment: Required when the balance drops below $150

  • Yes. Rush fees apply to urgent matters:

    • Same‑Day / 24‑Hour: +$150

    • After‑Hours / Weekend: +$200

    • Extreme Urgency (4 hours or less): +$250–$300

    Rush fees are paid upfront.

  • Customized or non‑standard assignments are quoted individually after reviewing the full intake form. Pricing depends on complexity, volume, and deadlines.

  • Payment may only be submitted on the website or electronic invoice after:

    • completing all intake forms

    • signing the service contract

    • confirming the scope of work and deadlines

    Retainer funding is required before work begins.

  • Yes. Paralegal Plus Unlimited operates as a remote‑first litigation support office, serving attorneys throughout California.

  • We typically respond within one business day, often sooner depending on workload and deadlines.
