General Intake Inquiry for Price Assessment
Required first step for all Pro Se matters. Complete this form to begin your paid feasibility review.
📋 Feasibility Document Review
A feasibility review is required before any service can be quoted or accepted. We do not provide blind quotes without first assessing the complexity, scope of work, and completeness of your matter. Our review fee is free for the first seven (7) pages; all additional pages are based on the number of pages submitted and the fee is always applied in full toward your final service fee.
| Documents (pages) | Review Fee | Applied Toward Final Service Fee |
|---|---|---|
| 1–7 pages | FREE | Complimentary review with written quote |
| 8–15 pages | $25.00 | Applied toward your final service fee |
| 16–25 pages | $50.00 | Applied toward your final service fee |
| 26–50 pages | $75.00 | Applied toward your final service fee |
| 51+ pages | $100.00 | Applied toward your final service fee |
Rush & Expedited Services
Due to the time-sensitive nature of many court matters, rush services are available based on availability and are not guaranteed unless the rush fee is paid and confirmed in writing.
| Rush Level | Fee |
|---|---|
| Same-Day / 24-Hour Rush | $150 |
| Weekend / After-Hours Rush | $200 |
| Extreme Urgency (4 Hours or Less) | $300 |
Rush fees are in addition to your quoted standard service fee. Rush fees cover prioritization and after-hours staffing only and are separate from your document preparation service fee. All rush fees must be paid before expedited work begins. Rush fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Standard service fees are quoted individually after feasibility review. Submit your documents to receive your quote.
