General Intake Inquiry for Price Assessment
Required first step for all Pro Se matters. Complete this form to begin your paid feasibility review. Incomplete or inaccurate information will delay your review.
📋 Feasibility Document Review (Required To obtain an Accurate Service Quote)
A mandatory feasibility review is required before any document preparation services can be quoted or accepted. The review fee is $95 per hour, paid in advance. Most feasibility reviews take 30–60 minutes ($47.50–$95 total). If your matter is unusually complex, we will notify you before exceeding 1 hour.
During this review, your submitted documents are evaluated to determine whether the requested service is workable, procedurally appropriate, and eligible for document preparation assistance.
After the feasibility review is completed, you will receive:
- A determination of whether the matter is feasible
- A quote for the total document preparation services (if applicable)
- Confirmation of deadlines and scope
The feasibility review fee is non‑refundable, as it covers the time spent evaluating your materials. If your matter is not feasible, you owe nothing beyond the feasibility document review fee.
To begin: Complete the intake form above, then submit payment for the feasibility review. We will contact you within 2 business days with your results and quote.
