Full Transparency Process for Self‑Represented Litigants
To protect you, ensure accuracy, and maintain full compliance with Document Preparation service requirements, every service follows the same structured process:
1. Full Intake Form (Required)
All matters begin with a detailed intake form. This allows us to confirm and fully understand your object and service request, gather essential information, and determine whether your matter can be accepted since we are not attorneys and DO NOT provide legal advice. *General Intake Inquiry below
2. Initial Document Review & Feasibility Assessment (Required)
Before any quote is finalized, we conduct a mandatory feasibility review of your documents (if applicable) and assess the scope of work. This review allows our office to evaluate the materials you have submitted, confirm completeness, and determine the appropriate scope of work for non‑attorney Pro Se document preparation assistance.
The feasibility review is a paid, non‑refundable service, as it covers the time spent evaluating your documents, identifying missing or incomplete items, clarifying deadlines, and determining whether the requested service can proceed based on the materials provided. Uploading documents alone does not initiate a review.
What the Feasibility Review Includes
Confirming that all required documents are provided
Ensuring documents are complete (full pages, not photographs or partial uploads)
Identifying missing, inconsistent, or contradictory information
Reviewing deadlines and hearing dates
Determining whether the requested document can be prepared based on procedural requirements
Clarifying the scope of work before any quote is issued
Determining whether additional documents are needed
Assessing whether the matter falls within the services offered as a non-attorney Pro Se service, as legal advice cannot be provided.
A Service Request May Be Declined If:
Required documents are missing, incomplete, or unreadable
Only partial pages are provided instead of full documents (Preference: pdf format)
The information submitted is inconsistent or contradictory
Procedural issues prevent the document from being prepared
Deadlines or hearing dates do not allow sufficient time for drafting
The matter falls outside the scope of non‑attorney Pro Se document preparation services offered, including requests that require legal advice, legal strategy, procedural interpretation, or attorney‑level analysis.
Procedural requirements prevent the document from being prepared based on the materials provided.
The request requires legal advice, legal strategy, or form selection
Important Notes About the Feasibility Review
A flat‑fee quote cannot be provided until the feasibility review is completed. The feasibility review determines what service you are requesting, what documents are relevant, and whether additional materials are needed.
If additional documents are submitted after the review begins, fees may need to be reassessed to ensure a complete evaluation.
If the matter is not feasible to proceed with, the drafting portion of the fee will be refunded.
The feasibility review fee is non‑refundable, as it covers the time spent evaluating your documents for non‑attorney Pro Se document preparation assistance.
3. Confirmation of Accepted Service & Deadline
Once your intake and assessment are complete, you will receive written confirmation of:
The services accepted
The phase(s) included
Your stated deadline
Your flat‑fee price
No work begins until this confirmation is issued.
4. Signed Service Contract
A signed service contract is required for all matters. This contract outlines:
The scope of work
Your responsibilities
Our responsibilities
Limitations - No Legal Advice
Payment terms
5. Payment Required Before Work Begins
All services must be paid in full before document preparation begins. This protects your timeline and ensures your matter is prioritized.
Submit your initial service inquiry below
(Required) General Intake Inquiry for Price Assessment.
Purpose: This intake form is the foundation of your case. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in delays, additional fees, or inability to proceed.
